Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a comprehensive machine featuring a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, and other essential components, working in harmony for superior performance.

Initial transformation occurs when large materials are crushed by a hammer crusher and conveyed to the storage hopper, ready for precise distribution.

During operation, the electromotor drives the main bearing, enabling the grinding rollers and dials to function efficiently as they traverse the ring channels. Here, centrifugal force plays its part, guiding materials to the turn plate's edge and into the grinding chambers for further processing. Within these chambers, materials are methodically pressed, crushed, and ground by rollers, producing ultra-fine powders in a continuous process. The result: consistently refined micro powder, ready for collection and use.

The high-pressure air blower ensures a steady intake of air, facilitating seamless internal flow within the grinding mill. The high-speed impeller of the classifier expertly sifts through the airflow, ensuring only the finest particles proceed. The classification process: Particles that don't meet size criteria are redirected for further grinding, while the qualified particles are whisked away to the cyclone powder collector. Qualified powders are primarily collected at the discharge valve, while finer particles adhere to filters in a sophisticated cleaning process. This dual-stage collection ensures premium powder quality, with excess air filtered and quietly dissipated through the muffler for a clean, efficient finish.
