Widely recognized in the grinding equipment sector for mines, cement, and chemicals, the Limestone Raymond Mill stands out due to its durable performance and adaptability. This critical tool is essential in the non-metallic mineral processing industry, optimizing the grinding of various ores, minerals, and chemical compositions with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity under 6%, ideal for non-flammable and non-combustible materials like speckstone, dinas rock, graphite, and more.
Features of the Raymond Mill
1. High Capacitycapable of producing 1-20t/h.
2.Adjustable Finenessranging from 50 to 325 mesh (315-45 micron), catering to diverse processing needs.
3. Equipped with a robust 1000-1500kg pressure spring systemenhancing capacity by 20% to 30%. The grinding roller and ring stability ensure consistent capacity and fineness.
4. Simplified Maintenancewith a straightforward structureand minimal investment.
5. Eco-Friendly Design featuring an advanced pulse bag filter and muffler system to significantly reduce dust pollution and noise.
6. Advanced Intelligent Speed Control for easy adjustments, ensuring uniform particle distribution.
Working Principle of the Raymond Mill
Initially, large materials undergo crushing by a jaw crusher to the desired particle sizes. Subsequently, a bucket elevator transports them to a storage hopper, from where they are evenly and continuously fed into the main grinding unit by a vibrating feeder. A bevel gear orchestrates the central shaft rotation, connected to a grinding roller hanger. This setup includes a grinding roller device that pivots around the central shaft and moves along the grinding ring, all while the roller itself rotates due to frictional forces. The grinding roller hanger is equipped with a shovel blade at its base, facilitating the upward movement and feeding of material between the grinding rollers and the ring. This synchronized rotation forms a bedding layer, which, through centrifugal force (or extrusion force), allows the grinding roller to exert pressure, efficiently crushing the materials. the materials. The finely grinded powder is elegantly whisked away by the airflow from the blower to the sophisticated classifier for precise classification. The particles that meet the desired fineness gracefully enter the cyclone collector through a seamless pipe, where they are meticulously separated and collected. These pristine powders are then discharged through the discharging valve, emerging as finished products ready for use. The airflow is efficiently returned to the blower through a return pipe situated atop the cyclone collector. The entire airflow system operates as a sealed circulation, seamlessly circulating under both positive and negative air pressure, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.
