Working Principle of YGM Series Micro Powder Raymond Mill
Large materials are first crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size, then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From here, they are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The bevel gear system drives the central shaft to rotate, with the top connected to a grinding roller hanger which supports a grinding roller device. This setup enables the roller to pivot and rotate around both the central shaft and the grinding ring. The roller rotates under the influence of friction. A shovel blade, strategically installed at the roller's base, lifts and feeds material between the grinding rollers and ring, forming a bedding layer. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding roller crushes the materials efficiently and effectively, ensuring superior grinding performance.The finely grinded powder is swept away by a powerful airflow from the blower, making its way to the classifier. Here, the powder is meticulously assessed, and only the particles that achieve the required fineness continue their journey to the cyclone collector through a dedicated pipe. Within the cyclone, the particles are efficiently separated and collected, then gracefully discharged at the discharging valve, transforming into pristine finished products. Meanwhile, the airflow makes a return trip, being sucked back to the blower via a return pipe positioned atop the cyclone collector. This sophisticated system operates under a sealed circulation, maintaining a harmonious balance between positive and negative air pressure, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
