Range of application: Perfect for processing an array of minerals including barite, quartz, feldspar, mica, calcite, talc, apatite, gypsum, fluorite, limestone, dolomite, diatomite, ceramic soil, clay, marble, granite, fly ash, kaolin, calcium carbonate, slag, bauxite, and glass, among others.
Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
During operation, the grinding mill's rollers rotate within the ring, propelling materials to the edge of the turnplate via centrifugal force, where they descend into chambers for repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers.
A high-pressure air blower continuously circulates air inside the mill. This air stream, laden with crushed material, reaches the classifier. Here, the high-speed impeller filters the airflow: particles not meeting size criteria return for further grinding, while those that qualify proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of qualified powders exit through the discharging valve; a fraction, carried by airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bag surfaces. The filter bags' sudden vibrations, triggered by high-pressure gas via the pulse valve, dislodge these fine powders. Both powder groups are conveyed below for packaging. The mill's muffler then discharges cleaned air.
