Working Principle
Grinding Process
Experience the seamless operation as the grinding plate, empowered by the main motor and precision reduction gear, rotates to exert its function. High-pressure air fills the mill's interior, effortlessly guided through the air inlet. Materials gracefully descend onto the center of the spinning grinding plate, thanks to the efficient screw conveyor feeder. Harnessing the power of centrifugal force, these materials journey from the plate's center to its outskirts. During their path across the plate's track, substantial material blocks undergo direct crushing and grinding by the adept grinding roller. The resulting fine particles form a material bed, where inter-particle crushing refines them into the finest powder.
The journey continues as the fine powder migrates to the edge of the grinding plate, only to be whisked away by the robust air flow at the air ring. Upon passing through the separator above the grinding plate, coarse particles are redirected to the grinding plate for further refinement by the rotor blade, while the fine particles, accompanied by the air flow, leave the mill and are meticulously collected and discharged as the flawless powder product by the powder collector.

Powder Production Process Flow
In a well-coordinated sequence, raw materials are guided and transported by the feeding belt conveyor from the raw material hopper. The weight is meticulously controlled by the belt scale, while tramp iron is efficiently removed by the iron remover. With precision, materials are sent to the elevator, passing through the air lock valve and screw conveyor into the mill interior for pulverization. Qualified powder, separated by the powder classifier, transitions seamlessly into the tank-type pulse dust collector, followed by the screw conveyor and discharge valve, before being transported to the final product hopper, ready for packaging and sale.
A small amount of coarse materials, affectionately termed "slag," is released by the mill unit, then reintroduced into the machine for a second round of grinding.
