Working Principle of The Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
As the grinding mill operates, grinding rollers roll inside a ring with centrifugal force, propelling materials to the edge of the turnplate. Here, they cascade into the grinding chambers, subjected to intense pressure, crushing, and grinding by the powerful rollers.
An efficient high-pressure air blower continuously circulates air within the grinding mill, guiding crushed material-laden airflow to a high-speed classifier. Unqualified particles return for regrinding, while qualified particles blend with air, proceeding to the cyclone powder collector. Most powders discharge via the bottom valve, while a fine portion clings to filter bags, dislodged by pulse valve high-pressure gas bursts. Finished powders are conveyed for packing, with clean filtered air exiting through the muffler outlet.
