Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
In the realm of precision processing, envision a grinding mill at work: robust grinding rollers seamlessly glide along the ring, methodically steering materials to the edge of the turnplate via centrifugal force. Here, they cascade into grinding chambers, where they are expertly pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the rollers, achieving unparalleled finesse.
A high-pressure air blower tirelessly injects air into the grinding mill, creating a powerful airflow that propels the finely crushed materials to the classifier. The high-speed impeller of the classifier meticulously screens the airflow, separating unqualified particles for further grinding, while impeccably sized particles mix with air and journey to the cyclone powder collector. Most powder exits gracefully from the bottom's discharging valve. Meanwhile, a fraction of the finest powders, carried by airflow, adheres to filter bags in the dust cleaner. A high-pressure gas pulse causes a sudden filter bag vibration, releasing these powders, which are then elegantly conveyed for packaging. Finally, pristine air is emitted with a whisper from the muffler's outlet.
