Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience the precision and power of our Ultra Fine Grinding Mill! As it operates, the grinding rollers move gracefully within the ring. Driven by centrifugal force, materials are expertly directed to the edge of the turnplate, cascading into grinding chambers. Here, they undergo a transformative journey of being pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the meticulously engineered rollers.
Our sophisticated system features a high-pressure air blower that dynamically inhales air, propelling materials into a classifier. The high-speed impeller acts as a gatekeeper, ensuring only particles of qualified size proceed. The unqualified particles are returned for further refinement. The selected particles, mingling with air, are seamlessly transported to the cyclone powder collector, achieving unparalleled quality. A small fraction of the finest powders is directed to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. With innovative pulse valve technology, high-pressure gas induces a sudden vibration, dislodging fine powders for final processing. The result is a stream of pristine, filtered air exiting through our advanced muffler system.
