A Detailed Look at the Grinding Process
The operation begins as the grinding plate is set into motion by the main motor via the reduction gear. Simultaneously, high-pressure air is introduced into the mill's interior through the air inlet. Materials are strategically fed onto the center of the rotating grinding plate by the screw conveyor feeder. Under the influence of centrifugal force, these materials systematically migrate from the plate's center towards its perimeter. During this transition, large material blocks are crushed and ground directly by the grinding roller. The result is fine particles, forming a material bed, which undergo inter-particle crushing, achieving a refined fine powder.
The journey of fine powder continues as it moves to the grinding plate's edge, where it is swept away by a vigorous air stream at the air ring. As this mixture traverses the separator above the grinding plate, coarse particles are redirected to the grinding plate for further pulverization by the rotor blade. Meanwhile, the fine particles are seamlessly carried out of the mill and collected as finished powder products by the powder collector, ready for your application.

Streamlined Powder Production Process Flow
The process initiates as raw materials are conveyed from the hopper by a feeding belt conveyor, where their weight is precisely controlled by a belt scale and separated from tramp iron by an iron remover. They are then elevated and channeled via an air lock valve and screw conveyor into the mill for pulverization. Post-pulverization, the qualified powder, separated by the classifier, is directed into a tank-type pulse dust collector and subsequently transported by a screw conveyor to the final product hopper, ready for packaging and sale.
A minimal amount of coarse materials, referred to as 'slag,' is ejected and reintroduced to the mill for further grinding, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
The feeding belt conveyor's iron remover is crucial, safeguarding the ultrafine vertical roller mill's operation, providing peace of mind during use.
