Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
At the heart of the High Pressure Grinding Mill is a standard configuration that includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For added versatility, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available.
Initially, large materials are expertly crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve precise particle sizes. These are then transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper and smoothly fed into the main grinding unit by a vibrating feeder. The resulting powder is efficiently carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier, where it is meticulously classified. Particles meeting the required fineness are directed into the cyclone collector through pipes for separation and collection. Finally, they are discharged at the valve, emerging as finished products. The entire airflow system operates in sealed circulation, maintained under positive and negative air pressure for an optimal grinding process.
