Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The meticulously engineered High Pressure Grinding Mill is equipped with a robust main unit, precision reducer, high-efficiency powder classifier, efficient cyclone powder collector, top-tier dust cleaner, powerful blower, sophisticated control cabinet motor, and essential pipes. Optional enhancements include a high-performance crusher, reliable bucket elevator, and robust feeder.
Large raw materials are initially crushed by our state-of-the-art jaw crusher into requisite particle sizes. These particles are then elevated by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper and subsequently fed with consistent precision by a vibrating feeder into the main grinding unit. The finely ground powder is transported by the blower's airflow to the classifier for sorting. Particles achieving the desired fineness are directed through pipes to the cyclone collector for separation and collection. They exit through the discharging valve as finished products. The entire airflow operates in a sealed circuit under balanced positive and negative air pressure for optimized performance.
