Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Featuring a robust design, the High Pressure Grinding Mill includes a main unit, a reducer, a powder classifier, a cyclone powder collector, a dust cleaner, a blower, a control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional enhancements include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, allowing customized configurations to suit your needs.
Big materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle sizes. These are then efficiently transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper and fed evenly and consistently by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. Once finely ground, the powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Particles that meet the specified fineness continue to the cyclone collector through the pipe, where they are separated and collected. The finished products are discharged at the valve. The entire airflow system operates as a sealed circulation, with positive and negative air pressure ensuring optimal performance.
