Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously engineered with essential components such as the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor, all seamlessly connected by pipes. Optional enhancements include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to desired sizes and transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they are fed evenly and continuously into the main unit via a vibrating feeder for grinding. The resulting powder is whisked away by the blower's airflow to the classifier for fineness classification, with suitable particles proceeding to the cyclone collector for separation and collection. Discharge occurs at the discharging valve, resulting in finished products. The airflow circulates in a sealed, pressurized system, ensuring efficient operation.
