Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our High Pressure Grinding Mill is a masterpiece of design, showcasing a standard configuration that includes a main unit, reducer, sophisticated powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional enhancements available are crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
The process begins with large materials being crushed to their required particle sizes by a robust jaw crusher. They are then carried by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. A vibrating feeder ensures that materials are fed evenly and continuously into the main unit for efficient grinding. The resulting fine powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier. Particles that meet the fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector, getting separated and collected efficiently. Discharged through a valve, they become your finished products. The airflow system circulates seamlessly under positive and negative air pressures in a sealed configuration.
