Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously crafted with a robust standard configuration consisting of a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For enhanced functionality, optional accessories include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Initially, larger materials are skillfully crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size. They are then efficiently transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for superior grinding. The expertly ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise classification. Particles meeting fineness standards enter the cyclone collector through a pipe, where they are expertly separated and collected, discharging at the valve as premium finished products. The airflow is seamlessly recirculated to the blower by a return pipe above the cyclone collector, maintaining a completely sealed circulation under dynamic air pressure conditions.
