Internal Structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The standard configuration of our High Pressure Grinding Mill includes a robust main unit, efficient reducer, precise powder classifier, advanced cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, powerful blower, sophisticated control cabinet motor, and durable pipes. Optional enhancements are available, including an industrial-grade crusher, reliable bucket elevator, and steady feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher into desired particle sizes. They are then transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, followed by a uniform and continuous introduction to the main unit for efficient grinding by the vibrating feeder. The resultant finely grinded powder is carried by the blower's airflow to the classifier for segregation. Particles meeting the fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector through a pipe, where they are efficiently separated and collected. These are then discharged via the discharging valve, emerging as finished products. The airflow, under a sealed circulation system, is drawn back into the blower by a return pipe atop the cyclone collector, maintaining an optimal balance between positive and negative air pressure.
