Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is an engineering marvel, composed of a sturdy frame, robust rotor, support iron, and resilient grate bars. Its frame is a marvel of modern engineering, with an upper and lower segment expertly welded from precision-cut steel plates. Longevity is achieved with high manganese steel liners that are easily replaceable once worn. The rotors, built of turn plates, pin shafts, and grouping hammers, rotate swiftly, powered by a motor, within the crushing chamber. Centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, ensuring efficient material breakdown.
As the robust Hammer Crusher gets to work, large materials enter through the feed inlet and are subjected to a dynamic assault of high-speed impacts, cuts, and grinding by the spinning hammers, reducing them to a manageable size. The finely crushed materials seamlessly exit through the gaps in the grate bars, while any oversized pieces remain for further processing. The adjustable grate bars allow for customizable output size, ensuring precise material standards. Additionally, the gap between rotors and bars is adjustable to meet differing requirements, tailoring performance to your specific needs.
