This exceptional machine is primarily designed for non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials with Moh's hardness under six. It effectively processes over 100 different materials such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, and more.
Enjoy customizable fineness of your grinding materials, adjustable between 325 meshes and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron), reaching product fineness up to D97<=5μm. This revolutionary machine replaces traditional methods like jet mills and ball mills, streamlining the process, cutting production costs, and enhancing final powder quality.


Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill comprises main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Large materials are initially crushed by the hammer crusher, streamlined into smaller particles, and transported to the storage hopper by the elevator. From there, they are precisely distributed to the upper plate of the turn plate via vibrating feeder and sloping pipe.
During operation, the main bearing and each dial are powered by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, coordinating the grinding rollers to roll within the ring channels, driven by the dial through the plunger mechanism. The centrifugal force propels materials to the turn plate edge, guiding them into the grinding chambers where they undergo sequential pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. The materials then descend through multiple layers, achieving continuous micro powder refinement. This process ensures perpetual creation of fine micro powder.

The integral high-pressure air blower consistently circulates air within the grinding mill, driving the airflow accompanied by the crushed materials into the classifier, where its high-speed impeller screens and filters the airflow: Particles that do not meet size criteria fall back for further grinding, while qualified particles merge with air to enter the cyclone collector. The majority of suitable powders descend and are dispatched via the discharging valve at the base. Meanwhile, a minor quantity of fine powders, carried by airflow, converge onto filter bag surfaces. These powders release through sudden filter bag vibrations triggered by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve. The combined material output is channeled to conveyers for final powder packaging, completing the process with clean air emission via the muffler's outlet.
