Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The sophisticated configuration of the High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously designed for efficiency and consists of a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional enhancements include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder to tailor the machine to your specific needs.
In a streamlined process, large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the perfect particle size. They are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper and fed uniformly and continuously into the main grinding unit by a vibrating feeder. The finely ground powder is propelled by airflow from the blower to the classifier, where it is sieved, with particles meeting the desired fineness being directed to a cyclone collector for separation and collection, ready to be discharged as finished products. The sealed airflow system operates under a cycle of positive and negative air pressure, ensuring optimal efficiency and cleanliness.
