Featuring a frame divided into upper and lower segments welded from precision-cut steel plates, it includes replaceable high-manganese steel liners. The rotor assembly, comprising a turn plate, pin shafts, and strategically grouped hammers on the main shaft, is driven by the motor to spin rapidly within the crushing chamber. The high-speed rotation causes hammers to swing outward due to centrifugal force, effectively striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials fed through the inlet into smaller particles.

Materials crushed to the desired size are efficiently screened and ejected through the grate bar gaps, while those not meeting the criteria remain for additional hammering. The final product size can be finely tuned by adjusting the grate bars and rotor-to-grate bar gap, catering to diverse requirements.
