The adjustable fineness of grinding materials ranges between 325 meshes and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron), ensuring precision with a product fineness that reaches D97.Achieve an impressive fineness of <=5μm, replacing traditional jet and ball mills, simplifying workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.

Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a marvel of modern engineering, meticulously crafted with precision to include a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and a vibrating feeder.
 
Initially, the hammer crusher transforms large materials into more manageable pieces. These are then gracefully lifted by an elevator to the storage hopper, from where they are evenly distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder and a sloping feeding pipe, ensuring seamless processing.
During operation, the grinding mill is energized by the electromotor connected to the main equipment through a reducer, which propels the main bearing and sets each dial in motion, ensuring powerful and efficient grinding. Within the ring channels, the grinding rollers are vigorously set in motion by the dial through a plunger. This action propels the materials to the edge of the turn plate, driven by centrifugal force, guiding them seamlessly into the grinding chambers. Inside these chambers, materials undergo a rigorous process of being pressed, crushed, and ground by the eager rollers. They descend through multiple layers, experiencing relentless crushing and grinding. This continuous action transforms them into exceedingly fine micro powder, elevating their quality.

The relentless high-pressure air blower ensures a constant influx of air within the grinding mill. This meticulously synchronized airflow carries the finely crushed materials to the classifier, where the precision of a high-speed impeller meticulously screens the airflow: Particles not meeting the standard are returned to the mill for further refinement, while qualified particles, now blended with air, proceed into the cyclone powder collector, ensuring only the best quality. A majority of these refined powders gracefully exit through the discharging valve situated at the bottom. A select amount of fine powders, carried by airflow, reach the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags' surface. Here, a quick pulse of high-pressure gas causes them to fall with precision. Subsequently, the materials are conveyed to be packaged as finished powder. Meanwhile, purified air is released smoothly from the muffler's air outlet.
