Explore the Working Principle of the HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a powerhouse of precision, composed of an array of advanced components including the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and the efficient vibrating feeder.
Once crushed by the robust hammer crusher, large materials are transformed into smaller, manageable sizes and smoothly transported by the elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they're evenly distributed onto the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by the coordinated action of the vibrating feeder and the sloping feeding pipe.
During operation, the grinding mill harnesses the power of the electromotor in the main equipment, utilizing a reducer to drive the main bearing and each dial, while all the grinding rollers seamlessly roll within the ring channels, driven by the dial through a plunger mechanism. With centrifugal force, the materials are propelled to the edge of the turn plate and descend into the grinding chambers where they undergo a rigorous process of being pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the rollers. This continuous interaction enables the materials to cascade into multiple layers, ensuring they are thoroughly crushed and ground persistently into micro powder.
The industrious high-pressure air blower consistently draws air into the grinding mill, creating a dynamic airflow that carries the crushed materials to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller meticulously screens the airflow: particles that do not meet the quality standards will fall back and return for further grinding, while those that qualify are whisked away with the air into the cyclone powder collector. A majority of these finely qualified powders descend and are efficiently released from the discharging valve located at the bottom. Meanwhile, a small fraction of these fine powders, carried along with the airflow, are directed to the dust cleaner, where they adhere to the filter bags' surface. As the filter bags experience a sudden vibration induced by the pulse valve's instant release of high-pressure gas, the adhered powders descend and, along with those from the conveyor at the bottom, are meticulously packaged as finished powders. The process concludes with the release of filtered clean air through the muffler's air outlet.
