Application

Working principle

Harnessing striking energy, the Impact Crusher delivers powerful crushing capabilities.

1.Upon activation, the motor propels the rotor at high speeds, equipped with strategically installed blow bars.

2.As materials enter the impactful zone of the blow bar, they are swiftly struck and propelled towards impact devices surrounding the rotor.

3.The intense velocity compels the material to rebound from the impact liner back into the active zone of the blow bar until crushed to desired dimensions.

4.The adjustable clearance between the impact rack and rotor facilitates customization of the end product's size and shape.
