Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a marvel of engineering, meticulously composed of a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, the robust hammer crusher transforms large materials into manageable pieces, which are efficiently lifted to the storage hopper via an elevator. These pieces are then methodically distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During the operation, the sophisticated electromotor powers the main bearing and each dial through a precision-engineered reducer, effectively setting all grinding rollersinto dynamic motion within the ring channels, driven by the dial through robust plungers. Centrifugal force skillfully directs materials toward the edge of the turn plate and into the grinding chamberswhere they undergo continuous pressure, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, transforming into ultra-fine micro powder.

The potent high-pressure air blowerdraws air into the grinding mill, creating a powerful airflowthat transports the finely crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellerefficiently screens the airflow: Particles that fail to meet the standard are returned for regrinding, while those that qualify mingle seamlessly with the air, progressing into the cyclone powder collector.Most of the refined powders settle and exit gracefully via the discharging valveat the base. A select portion of the finest powders journeys with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adheres to the filter bags, and eventually falls due to vibrations from the high-pressure gas, ensuring efficient material packing. The filtered, clean air is finally released through the muffler air outlet, completing the process with precision.
