Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is expertly built with a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, ensuring seamless operation.

Initially, the robust hammer crusher efficiently reduces large materials into manageable pieces. These are then conveyed to the storage hopper via an elevator and distributed with precision to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

In operation, the electromotor dynamically drives the main bearing and each dial via a reducer, setting all grinding rollersinto motion within the ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force effectively propels materials toward the edge of the turn plate and into grinding chamberswhere the relentless action of the rollers presses, crushes, and grinds the materials into micro fine powder continuously, ensuring quality and consistency.

The strategically placed high-pressure air blowerdraws in air into the grinding mill system, facilitating airflowthat carries the finely crushed materials to a precisely calibrated classifier. Here, the high-speed impellerscreens the airflow: Unqualified particles are adeptly returned for regrinding, while qualified particles seamlessly mingle with the air, moving efficiently into the cyclone powder collector.Most qualified powders smoothly descend and exit via the discharging valveat the base. A small portion of the finest powders journeys with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. They fall when high-pressure gas is ejected by the pulse valve, ensuring efficient packing. Filtered clean air is finally released through the muffler air outlet, maintaining environmental standards.
