Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

Ingeniously constructed, the HGM series micro powder grinding mill features a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder for seamless operations.

Initially, a hammer crusher diminishes large materials into smaller fragments, which are then conveyed to the storage hopper using an elevator. Subsequently, they are systematically distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

As operations commence, the electromotor activates the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, placing all grinding rollersin motion within the ring channels. This movement is driven by the dial through plungers, propelling materials towards the turn plate's edge and into the grinding chambers.Here, materials are relentlessly pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers, transforming them into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerinduces airflow into the grinding mill, with this airflowtransporting crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellerscreens the airflow: Particles not meeting quality standards return for regrinding, while those that are qualified accompany the air, journeying into the cyclone powder collector.The majority of qualified powders descend and discharge efficiently through the discharging valveat the bottom. Meanwhile, a fraction of the finest particles follows the airflow to the dust cleaner, clinging to filter bags. These then fall due to the pulsations from high-pressure gas ejected by the pulse valve, ensuring efficient material packing. Eventually, clean, filtered air exits through the muffler air outlet.
