Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

Ingeniously designed, the HGM series micro powder grinding mill integrates a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder into a seamless operation.

In the initial stage, a hammer crusher reduces large materials into manageable sizes, which are then elevated to the storage hopper. From there, they are meticulously distributed to the turn plate's upper distribution plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During the grinding process, the electromotor orchestrates the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, initiating all grinding rollerswhich dance in harmony within the ring's channels, guided by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force elegantly directs materials toward the edges of the turn plate, introducing them to the grinding chamberswhere they undergo a transformative journey, continuously pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers until they emerge as finely crafted micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerentices air into the grinding mill, creating an airstream thatwhisks the pulverized materials toward a classifier, where the deft high-speed impellerconducts a meticulous screening of the airflow: Particles that do not meet the criteria return for further refining, while those that pass join the air stream, gracefully entering the cyclone powder collector.The majority of approved powders descend gracefully and exit through the efficiently designed discharging valveat the base. A select few of the finest powders continue their journey with the airstream to the dust cleaner, where they adhere to filter bags. These powders ultimately descend due to a sudden vibration caused by high-pressure gas emitted through the pulse valve, packaging the materials with precision. After thorough filtration, clean air serenely departs through the muffler air outlet.
