Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is artfully crafted with a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, the hammer crusher transforms large materials into smaller fragments, which are then elevated to the storage hopper, subsequently distributed to the turn plate's upper distribution plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the electromotor activates the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, setting all grinding rollersin motion within the ring channels, driven by the dial through plungers. The centrifugal force drives materials toward the edge of the turn plate into grinding chambers,where they are relentlessly pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers into fine micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerdraws in air into the grinding mill, enabling this airflowto carry the crushed materials to a classifier, where the high-speed impellerscreens the airflow: Unqualified particles return to the mill for further refinement, while qualified particles unite with the air, advancing into the cyclone powder collector.Most qualified powders gracefully descend and exit through the discharging valveat the bottom. A minor portion of the finest powders travels with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. They subsequently fall due to the sudden vibration from high-pressure gas ejected by the pulse valve, facilitating efficient material packing. Filtered clean air is ultimately released through the muffler air outlet.
