Working Principle of PC Mining Used Portable Stone Hammer Crusher

The hammer crusher is ingeniously crafted with a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Its frame consists of upper and lower sections, welded from steel plates. Durable liners of high manganese steel line the frame and are replaceable upon wear. The rotor assembly is composed of a turn plate, pin shafts, and carefully arranged hammers along the main shaft. Driven by the motor, the rotors spin rapidly within the crushing chamber, with hammers extending outward due to centrifugal force. This dynamic motion enables the crusher to efficiently strike, impact, cut, and grind large materials fed through the inlet into smaller sizes.

Crushed materials meeting the specifications exit through the grate bar gaps, while those needing further reduction remain in the crusher for additional hammering and grinding to achieve the desired size. The final product's size is easily adjustable by modifying the grate bars, and the rotor-to-grate gap can be tailored to meet specific requirements, ensuring versatility in output.
