Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:

Within its robust frame, the ultrafine vertical roller mill comprises a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, mill body, oil station, and electrical system, all engineered to perfection.

The grinding disc is powered by a motor via a reducer, precisely guiding materials onto the disc. Here, centrifugal force moves them to the edge for efficient crushing by the rollers. As the materials transform into fine powders, hot air from the nozzle lifts it to a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powders ascend to the powder collector, while the rest return for further grinding.

Ultrafine vertical roller millis adept at grinding non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a Moh's hardness under 7, including minerals like quartz, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore, and more, especially effective for slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, and coal.
