Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Witness the marvel of engineering as the grinding mill operates. Grinding rollers roll in the ring, with centrifugal force driving materials to the edge of the turnplate, dropping them into grinding chambers. Here, they are meticulously pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers.
High-pressure air blower draws air into the grinding mill. Crushed material-laden airflow is screened by a high-speed impeller: unqualified particles descend for regrinding, while qualified particles proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most powders exit via the discharging valve; finer ones adhere to filter bags in the dust cleaner, falling due to a pulse valve-triggered high-pressure gas. These two powder lots merge and are conveyed for packaging. Filtered air is discharged via the muffler's air outlet.
