Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
As the Ultrafine Grinding Mill powers up, the grinding rollers synchronize their motion within the ring. Materials glide to the edge due to centrifugal force, plunging into the grinding chambers to undergo the relentless precision of pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower perpetually draws air inside the grinding mill. This air, now infused with crushed particles, meets the classifier, where a high-speed impeller sorts the particle-laden airflow. Particles not meeting quality standards return to the mill for further refinement, while those that do exit through the cyclone powder collector. Most powders descend through the discharge valve, though finer particles, with airflow, head to a dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. These drop down due to the sudden pulse valve-controlled high-pressure gas vibrations. These two streams unite at the conveyor, producing finished powders ready for packaging. Emission of filtered, clean air occurs at the muffler's air outlet.
