Working Principle

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill boasts an array of sophisticated components including the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, all working in harmony for optimal performance.

Initially, large materials are crushed by the hammer crusher, transforming them into smaller sizes. These are then transported to the storage hopper via an elevator and evenly fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

As the grinding mill operates, the main bearing and each dial are energized by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, with all the grinding rollers circulating in the ring channels, driven by the dial through a plunger mechanism. The centrifugal force propels the materials to the edge of the turn plate and into the grinding chambers where they undergo repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. This process continues as the materials descend through multiple layers to become finely crushed and ground into an ultra-fine powder.

The high-pressure air blower continuously draws in air within the grinding mill, creating a seamless airflow that carries the crushed materials to the classifier. The high-speed impeller of the classifier efficiently screens the airflow: Unqualified particles descend back to the mill for regrinding, while the qualified particles, integrated with the airflow, are directed to the cyclone powder collector. Most of these qualified powders settle and exit via the bottom discharging valve, with a small fraction of fine powders, carried by airflow, reaching the dust cleaner and adhering to the filter bags. Simultaneously, the fine powders on the filter surface descend due to the filter bags' sudden vibration, triggered by a high-pressure gas release controlled by a pulse valve. These gathered materials are conveyed to be packaged as finished powders. Meanwhile, the system ensures that filtered clean air is released from the muffler's air outlet, completing the cycle.
