Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The robust High Pressure Grinding Mill boasts a standard configuration that includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and a network of pipes. For added versatility, optional accessories like the crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available.
Oversized materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle sizes. These are then conveyed by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, before being fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for precision grinding. The resulting finely ground powder is transported by airflow to a classifier for sorting. Particles meeting the fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected, forming the final product. The system operates as a sealed circuit, maintaining constant air pressure and ensuring smooth operation.
