Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience the cutting-edge technology where all grinding rollers rotate in the ring, propelling materials to the edges of the turnplate by centrifugal force. Here, materials tumble into grinding chambers for repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower draws air continuously into the grinding mill, directing the airflow with crushed materials to the classifier. The high-speed impeller filters the airflow, allowing only the qualified particle size mixed with air to proceed to the cyclone powder collector, where most powders are collected and released from the discharging valve. A portion of finer powders travels with airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags, and falls by sudden vibration induced by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve. Finished powders are then ready for packaging, while clean air exits through the muffler's air outlet.
