Efficient Powder Production Process Flow

Our meticulous process begins with raw materials being released and transported by the feeding belt conveyor from the raw material hopper. The precise weight of materials is monitored by the belt scale, while any tramp iron is expertly removed using the iron remover. Following this, materials are elevated, via the air lock valve and screw conveyor, into the mill interior for thorough pulverization. Post-pulverization, the qualified powder, having been separated by the classifier, is directed to the tank-type pulse dust collector, then seamlessly transferred through the screw conveyor and discharge valve to the final product hopper, ready for packaging and sale.

To maximize efficiency, a minimal quantity of coarse materials, or 'slag,' is reintroduced into the machine for re-grinding.

The integrated iron remover on the feeding belt conveyor ensures operational safety, preserving the integrity and longevity of the ultrafine vertical roller mill.
