Working Principle

The hammer crusher primarily comprises the frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is meticulously crafted in two sections - upper and lower - welded together by steel plates. Replaceable high manganese steel liners fortify the frame. With rotors made up of the turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers aligned intricately on the main shaft, the motor powers rapid rotor rotation within the crushing cavity. Centrifugal force propels hammers outward, effectively striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials into smaller sizes upon entry through the feed inlet.

Crushed materials meeting quality standards are efficiently screened and released through the grate bar gaps. Unrefined materials remain within the crushing cavity for further processing until they achieve the desired size. Adjusting the grate bars alters the final product size, and the gap between rotors and grate bars can be modified to meet distinct requirements.
