Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher embodies a robust structure with its frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame is bifurcated into upper and lower segments, seamlessly welded from high-quality steel plates. Within the frame, durable liners crafted from high manganese steels stand ready for replacement upon wear. The heart of the crusher, the rotors, comprise turn plates, pin shafts, and strategically arranged hammers aligned along the main shaft. With the motor's power, the rotors spin rapidly within the crushing chamber, propelling the hammers outward through centrifugal force, ensuring optimal crushing action.
As large materials feed into the crusher's inlet, they are swiftly stricken, impacted, cut, and ground by the high-speed hammers into smaller dimensions. Only materials meeting size criteria exit via the grate bars' gaps, while those requiring further reduction remain in the chamber for additional hammering. The granularity of the final product is adjustable by modifying the grate bars, and the rotor-to-grate bar gap can be customized to meet specific requirements.
The Hammer Crusher is a high-efficiency machine, leveraging high-speed rotary hammers to reduce materials to desired sizes. Its applications span across industries like metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, and ceramics. It effectively crushes a range of ores, from hard to soft, such as barite, limestone, gypsum, and terrazzo, tackling up to 100 different material types with ease.
