Working Principle

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is ingeniously designed with a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, a sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Post-crushing by the hammer crusher, large materials are expertly reduced to smaller fragments, conveyed to the storage hopper via elevators. These are then precisely fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and each dial are adeptly driven by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, ensuring seamless movement of all grinding rollers which roll smoothly in the ring channels, maneuvered by the dial through a plunger. The materials are strategically propelled to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force, descending into the grinding chambers where they're systematically pressed, crushed, and ground by rollers. The materials then cascade through multiple layers, being continuously refined into micro powder. The transformation of materials into micro powder is an ongoing process.

The high-pressure air blower is steadily drawing air within the grinding mill. Consequently, the airflow, laden with crushed materials, is directed to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller efficiently screens the airflow: Particles not meeting size standards are returned for regrinding, while those qualifying, mixed with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders are discharged via the valve, while a minor portion, carried by airflow, is directed to the dust cleaner. Here, the fine powders adhere to filter bags' surfaces, only to be dislodged by sudden vibration caused by high-pressure gas from the pulse valve. This dual-output is then gathered by a conveyor, resulting in finely packed powders. Concurrently, filtered air is released through the muffler's outlet.
