Hammer Crusher is a high-speed, robust piece of equipment that utilizes rotary hammers to pulverize materials. Perfectly suited for the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, and ceramics, it expertly transforms both hard and soft ores into medium or small sized particles. Working Principle of Hammer Crusher
The Hammer Crusher is composed of a sturdy frame, dynamic rotors, support iron, and grate bars. The frame consists of two sections, meticulously welded from steel plates for enhanced durability. Liners crafted from high manganese steels within the frame are replaceable, ensuring prolonged use. The rotors, featuring a turn plate, pin shafts, and hammers, are systematically arranged along the main shaft. Powered by a motor, the rotors spin rapidly within the crushing cavity, propelling hammers outward due to centrifugal force. Large materials fed into the crusher are struck, impacted, cut, and ground by these high-speed hammers into smaller sizes. Only materials meeting the desired size pass through the gaps in the grate bars, while others remain for further processing until they reach the required standard. The size of the final product is easily adjusted by altering the grate bars, and the gap between rotors and grate bars can be tailored to specific needs.
