Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
During operation, all grinding rollers rotate within the ring, and materials are propelled to the edge of the turnplate by centrifugal force, dropping into grinding chambers where repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding occur due to roller action.
The process is enhanced by a high-pressure air blower that continuously draws air into the grinding mill. The mixture of airflow and crushed materials is introduced to a classifier, whose high-speed impeller screens the particles. Unqualified particles descend for further grinding, while qualified ones, mingled with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Here, most powders settle and exit through the discharging valve at the base, while finer particles are carried to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. These finer particles are dislodged by sudden filter bag vibrations induced by high-pressure gas released from the pulse valve, ensuring a thorough powder collection. The processed materials are then conveyed to the packaging station as finished products. Meanwhile, filtered clean air is safely vented through the muffler's air outlet.
