Working Principle


The dynamic action of the Jaw Crusher is driven by a powerful motor that activates the belt and belt wheel, setting the eccentric shaft into motion. As this rotation occurs, the movable jaw ascends and descends, creating a significant angle between the movable jaw and the bracket. This crucial movement causes the movable jaw plate to press closer to the fixed jaw plate, effectively crushing the materials caught in between. The descent of the jaw reduces the angle, ensuring the materials are fully processed.

Through the combined forces of the spring mechanism and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate elegantly retracts from the fixed jaw plate, allowing crushed materials of the desired size to exit from the crushing cavity. The seamless rotation of the motor perpetuates the cycle of crushing and discharging, achieving consistent and high-volume production.
