Working Principle

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill comprises a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, ensuring efficient and seamless operation.

Initially, large materials are crushed by a hammer crusher, transforming into smaller particles, which are then elevated to the storage hopper. From there, they are evenly distributed to the turn plate's upper section via a vibrating feeder and sloping pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and dials are powered by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, setting all grinding rollers in motion. These rollers rotate within the ring channels, driven by dials through plungers, channeling the materials to the turn plate's edge via centrifugal force, and descending them into grinding chambers. Within these chambers, the materials undergo continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, transforming them into micro powder. The process persists, yielding ultra-fine powders.

High-pressure air blower function: Drawing in air continuously, the blower enables a dynamic airflow, transporting crushed materials to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller effectively screens the airflow: Particles not meeting the required size descend, returning for regrinding while appropriately sized particles, carried by air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of qualified powders settle and exit through the discharging valve at the base, with a fraction of fine powders, traveling with the airflow to the dust cleaner. Here, they adhere to filter bags' surfaces, but are loosened by sudden vibrations caused by high-pressure gas ejections controlled by pulse valves, ensuring the separation of materials into batches for packaging. Clean, filtered air exits through the muffler's air outlet, completing the cycle.
