Working Principle of PC Mining Used Portable Stone Hammer Crusher

This hammer crusher is meticulously engineered with a robust frame divided into upper and lower segments welded from high-quality steel plates. Replaceable manganese steel liners fortify the frame against wear. The rotor assembly, featuring turn plates, pin shafts, and strategically arranged hammers, is propelled by a powerful motor. The high-speed rotation generates centrifugal force, causing the hammers to spread outward and actively engage large materials, crushing them with striking impact, cutting, and grinding forces.

After effective crushing, qualified materials are screened out and exit seamlessly through the gaps in the grate bars. Meanwhile, unqualified materials remain in the crushing chamber for further refinement. The adjustability of the grate bars and the gap between the rotors allows for precise control over the final product size, catering to diverse specification requirements.
