Working Principle

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is ingeniously designed to include a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, and other integral components like a blower, muffler, and sound-proof room, plus a crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder for optimized performance.

Post hammer crusher processing, substantial materials are transformed into smaller pieces, stored in the hopper by an elevator, then methodically released to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the electromotor of the main equipment drives the main bearing and dials through a reducer, ensuring all grinding rollers are actively rolling within the ring channels. The centrifugal force propels materials to the edge of the turn plate, dropping them into the grinding chambers where they are tirelessly pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers. Moving through multiple layers, the materials are systematically crushed and ground into micro powder, ensuring precision and quality at every step. continuously to micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower plays a critical role by continuously drawing air into the grinding mill, creating a dynamic airflow that carries pulverized materials to the classifier, where a high-speed impeller screens the airflow: Particles not meeting the size criteria are returned for further grinding, while appropriately sized particles are carried by air into the cyclone powder collector. Here, the majority of the qualified powders descend and exit through the discharge valve at the bottom, while a smaller fraction of fine powders travel with the airflow to the dust cleaner. These fine powders adhere to the filter bags and, during a sudden vibration caused by high-pressure gas ejection, fall due to the pulse valve control. The materials from both processes are collectively conveyed to be packed as finished powders. Finally, clean air exits via the muffler's air outlet, completing the cycle.
