Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill boasts a state-of-the-art configuration featuring the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional accessories can include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder for enhanced performance.
Large materials undergo initial crushing by the jaw crusher to achieve required particle sizes, followed by transport via bucket elevator to the storage hopper. Materials are then precisely and continuously fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resulting powder is swiftly carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for classification. Fines meeting the required standard enter the cyclone collector, where they are separated, collected, and discharged at the discharging valve as finished products. The airflow is recirculated to the blower, maintaining a sealed circulation system under alternating positive and negative air pressure.
