The Hammer Crusher is composed of a sturdy frame, a high-speed rotor, support iron, and durable grate bars. Constructed with precision, the frame is split into an upper and lower section, crafted from cut and welded steel plates. Lined with high manganese steel, the frame ensures longevity. The dynamic rotor assembly, featuring turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers, is driven by a motor, enabling rapid rotation within the crushing chamber. This centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, delivering powerful impacts to large materials entering through the feed inlet, reducing them through striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding to a smaller size.

Materials that meet size specifications exit through the grate bars' gap, while those that do not remain within the crushing chamber for further reduction until they meet the desired size. Adjustments to the final product size are possible by changing the grate bars, and the gap between the rotors and the grate bars can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
