Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The grinding mill’s high-pressure air blower ingeniously draws in air, propelling the airflow, laden with crushed materials, to the classifier. The high-speed impeller of the classifier skillfully sorts the airflow, ensuring only particles of the finest caliber progress to the cyclone powder collector. The journey continues as the finest powders unite with the airflow, culminating at the dust cleaner where precision-engineered filter bags capture them. The sudden vibration from the pulse valve liberates these fine powders, readying them for packaging. Concurrently, pristine air is emitted from the muffler’s air outlet, exemplifying the epitome of refined engineering.
