Working Principle

The Hammer Crusher is ingeniously composed of a sturdy frame, dynamic rotor, robust support iron, and precision-engineered grate bars. The frame, crafted in two sections-upper and lower-is seamlessly welded from high-quality steel plates. Interior liners of high manganese steel ensure durability, easily replaceable upon wear. The rotor, with its symmetric arrangement of turn plates, pin shafts, and hammers along the main shaft, is driven by a powerful motor, enabling rapid rotation in the crushing chamber. This centrifugal force propels hammers outward, striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials to a smaller size with finesse.

Once materials are expertly crushed, qualified pieces are screened and exit smoothly through the grate bar gap. Materials that do not meet criteria remain in the crushing chamber for further processing until they achieve the desired standard size. The final product's size can be finely tuned by adjusting the grate bars. The gap between the rotors and the grate bars can be modified to meet diverse specifications, ensuring product precision and quality.
