Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill features a standard configuration that includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. As optional accessories, a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder can be included.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size. These materials are then transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they are fed evenly and continuously into the main unit by the vibrating feeder for grinding. The resultant powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise classification. Particles meeting the required fineness are directed through the pipe to the cyclone collector, where they are separated and collected. Finally, they are discharged at the discharging valve as finished products, while the airflow is recirculated through a sealed system under positive and negative air pressure.
